He made me feel comfortable about choosing his company because he made me feel like he was going to treat me like I was his own family. My system was over 20 years old, so I decided that it was about time to just replace everything. I ended up getting a new air conditioner and furnace installed and I am so happy with the results. Chris Called me to let me know he was running late (I appreciated this since customer service is all but dead in this country), showed up, was respectful, put on shoe covers in the house, performed the preventative service on my AC and furnace. He was concerned with a particular part, called and ordered it
(was under warranty), left to pick it and came back, installed the new part, then finished the service. They used the vacuum as they worked to keep the dirt and dust to a minimum.

Price was very fair. Chris is now my HVAC service provider!!
