"Called Chris on a Thursday to check out our furnace that was not working. He was able to come out, after I got off of work, to do a complete inspection of our unit and found a cracked heat exchange. By Monday, I had a new furnace and air conditioning unit installed! Chris kept me in the loop with the delivery and installation and even came back to help program the new thermostat. With NWI weather, I have been able to test out both the Heat and the AC!! Works like a charm (and so much quieter than the old unit).
