HVAC Contractor & AC Repair in DeMotte, IN

"I had an excellent experience with CRD Mechanical. After a major storm in August, a tree smashed our outdoor AC unit and left my house without cool air. Chris and Brandon came to my house and replaced my unit and organized the damaged areas in a professional way. Both Chris and Brandon were courteous, professional, and prompt. Their pricing is fair and reasonable and they have an excellent quality of work. I highly recommend CRD Mechanical LLC for your HVAC system needs."

"CRD Mechanical has been an absolute life saver. Our AC went out right before the big heatwave hit. We called them and they were out promptly. Brandon, the technician who did the diagnostics, was simply amazing. He was very professional, more than happy to explain what was going on in laymen's terms so everyone understood, and did an amazing job with communication overall. There was no questions or confusion about next steps. They even helped out with completing the warranty replacement for the broken part that the original installer refused to deal with without starting the whole process over from square one. Melanie who answered the phones was wonderful as well. She listened to the problems and didn't act like she knew more than us and responded kindly and courteously. She called us back multiple times on the same day to keep us updated with what was happening. When our part was delayed she let us know as soon as possible and got us back on the schedule for later in the week. Chris came out and did the repair and he was also amazing. He was very upfront about what was happening and the expectations going forward. The time, effort, and quality put forward by everyone at CRD is not found in most companies these days. While we did end up having another issue a short time later, CRD showed up as soon as they could to diagnose and repair the issue. Brandon went above and beyond to fix the issue and to ensure it wouldn't happen again even though it was a manufacturer issue. Everyone at CRD has been exceptional and I could not recommend them enough. If your looking for a quick, honest, and hardworking mechanical team, CRD should be your #1 choice. Oh and did I mention, they are 24/7! Thank you again to Chris, Melanie, and Brandon for everything you do! I wish every difficult situation had a team like yours to assist!"

"Chris and Brandon were great! When my family and I came home from vacation, we found that our AC was not working (during a 95-degree heatwave). I called them after-hours and Chris answered immediately, indicating he would dispatch one of his guys ASAP. Brandon came by shortly thereafter to assess my situation. He quickly determined that the fan motor on my condenser unit had burned out. Due to the after-hours nature of the service call, there were no parts distributors open. However, Brandon indicated that they would call in the morning to source the required part and follow up with me. True to their word, I received a call from Chris at 7:30 AM the following morning, informing me that they located the part and would coming by shortly to make the repair. Chris and Brandon showed up at the exact time they said they would, performed the repairs in a quick and timely manner, and were able to restore my AC (and my family's sanity!). Chris, Brandon, and the CRD team came through BIG TIME. These guys are responsive, reliable, and perform excellent work...all at a fair price. Highly recommended...true professionals at their craft."

"Great Service, came out same day within couple of hours and repaired AC unit. Price was very reasonable."

"Had an issue with the furnace, they came out within a couple hours, figured out the problem in about 10 minutes, and had it fixed in no time. Really reasonable, honest, and friendly! I would recommend them for sure!"

"Chris Called me to let me know he was running late (I appreciated this since customer service is all but dead in this country), showed up, was respectful, put on shoe covers in the house, performed the preventative service on my AC and furnace. He was concerned with a particular part, called and ordered it (was under warranty), left to pick it and came back, installed the new part, then finished the service. They used the vacuum as they worked to keep the dirt and dust to a minimum. Price was very fair. Chris is now my HVAC service provider!!"

"Chris is amazing! Super nice, very helpful, gets to the root of the problem and is very straightforward! He’s prices the cheapest in the area and is honest about his work! He’s very attentive and works with you quickly to get things back up and running quickly! He works on our rental properties and our personal home!"

"Great price, value, and friendly service! They installed our new HVAC system, and we were so happy with the new AC during the recent heat wave. We are so thankful for Chris and the crew!"
