CRD put a new water heater in my elderly Mom's house house for me. They did a great job and their work was clean and professional. I would gladly use them again for other projects.
Great service, very communicative and fair prices. We will be using them again. We had our dry air vent cleaned a couple months ago by Americlean and we still had problems. CRD found pluggage throughout and airflow is great.

I called CRD Mechanical on Tuesday and Chris came the next day to check the water heater. He did what 2 previous companies didn’t even bother with which impressed me. He answered my questions and told me the water heater was working perfectly. The other 2 gave me estimates to replace it now. I very much appreciated his honesty. When the time does come for replacement, I will call him again.

Chris came out and fixed our A/C unit the SAME DAY! Not only that, but it was a simple part that he had in stock and our unit was blowing cold air again within 30 minutes of his arrival. Chris and his team have been incredible. When our furnace broke on the coldest day of the year a few weeks ago he worked us into his schedule and got our new furnace installed as quickly as possible. His team also found a problem with our hot water heater and came out on a Saturday morning for another install. We can't thank them enough for all they've done!

I had put in an online request and Chris reached out within minutes. Later that day he had someone out to look at the installation of a mini-split and had a price for me that night. We scheduled a date for installation and Chris always replied very quickly. Ran in to a couple of issues not of Chris doing and found the necessary parts to complete the job. Very professional and excellent service. Will definitely recommend.

Our furnace was a problem when we moved in. Chris came out next day and got it going. Unfortunately there was more problems then expected and eventually had to get it replaced. They did a wonderful job and would call CRD anytime with heating issues. Thank you Very much 😊
Called Chris on a Thursday to check out our furnace that was not working. He was able to come out, after I got off of work, to do a complete inspection of our unit and found a cracked heat exchange. By Monday, I had a new furnace and air conditioning unit installed! Chris kept me in the loop with the delivery and installation and even came back to help program the new thermostat. With NWI weather, I have been able to test out both the Heat and the AC!! Works like a charm (and so much quieter than the old unit). Very professional and did a great job cleaning up after removing the old unit! Highly recommend!
Chris does amazing work. My air conditioner broke Saturday night, he had it fixed by 11 Sunday morning. Very reasonably priced. Very good work ethic and very friendly.

CRD came to my home, did an estimate, removed our old A/C unit and installed a new A/C unit all in less than a week. (Removal and Install was only 2-3 hours) The workers were polite, friendly, knowledgeable, professional. They explained everything as they did the work, answered all questions. Cleaned their work area very well. Highly recommend CRD to anyone needing work. This company will definitely be my go to moving forward.

Chris was very professional. I had a hanging heater installed in my detached garage to prepare for winter months because I print t-shirts and have a garage gym. Very timely and I'm excited to make use of it this year and years to come. High quality industry heater should last a long time.
Came across Chris on Facebook, searching for someone to do duct work for my mom. It was a small job, and not many people would do small jobs. He came out in a few days and completed it reasonably. He also taught my mom about the dampers, and she will finally have AC upstairs this summer. Thank you, Chris, for helping her!
They came out after 5 pm.on Sunday and replaced my compressor In less than an hour when it was 93 degrees out. Price was def fair for a Sunday and after 5 pm. I would highly recommend

I had an issue on Tuesday night with furnace and I called Chris the next morning and he called me back very quickly. He then came out within an hour and figured out our board was bad. He called to get a new board and came back later that day to install. The next day we started having issues again and Chris came back after working a full day and found the other issue and fixed that. Furnace has been working great since. Chris and his crew did a great job on my new construction home. He was very professional and answered all my questions on how we would make sure the house was Properly balanced in its HVAC needs. When it came to pricing I was very pleased that not only did I get a trane system but I also got all metal duct with it. All in all I can’t say enough about these guys I will refer them and use them on any future projects .

Quick and great communication. Needed a replacement for our hot surface igniter in our furnace and he came over quick and had our furnace up and running in no less than an hour would recommend!

Chris is always great to work with he installed my AC around 4 years ago that has been working perfectly fine no issues at all ever since he replaced it so when my 30 year old furnace went out last week I decided to call a few companies to come out and give me an estimate CRD being one of them and once again Chris saved the day not only did he give me a very reasonable price but he showed up on Monday to give me the estimate and my new furnace was up and running by noon the following day!

My air conditioner broke right when the temperatures were starting to rise so I began to browse Google to find a local contractor. I've been burned by big companies before so I decided to look for a smaller company. I came across CMD and they had great reviews, so I decided to give them a call even though it was already late at night. To my delight, the owner answered the call and was so professional and helpful. He understood that I was upset about the A/C going out and he wanted to make sure that I was taken care of especially because I have a baby at home. He made me feel comfortable about choosing his company because he made me feel like he was going to treat me like I was his own family. My system was over 20 years old, so I decided that it was about time to just replace everything. I ended up getting a new air conditioner and furnace installed and I am so happy with the results. The price was great and the system is working perfectly. Thank you CRD Mechanical for treating me with respect, giving me a great price, and taking the time to do the job right. New home first warm of the year ac never worked . 2 contractors tried to sell on removal of our system due to age and “failures” Chris determined our thermostat was installed wrong and the zone board was improperly setup . Cannot stress how grateful we are for his patience and ability to explain the system . And did I mention he saved us 7000$ ! Thank you CRD !!!!!

Chris came to my house to do a garage heater in Hebron. I noticed there were scratches on the bottom. He came back the next day and replaced the unit under warranty with no issues. I will use Chris at CRD Mechanical for all my heating and cooling issues.
My old hot water heater tank decided to die late Sunday night. It was making an awful noise! I reached out to a friend who recommended Chris at CRD Mechanical. I messaged Chris Monday morning at 7 and he got back to me right away. Chris arrived at noon and I had a brand new hot water heater installed by 4 pm. Great guy and great service!

I am so grateful to Chris and his crew for installing our new furnace within 12 hours of the emergency call. I came home to a furnace blowing cool air at 6pm. I found many neighbors suggested CRD Mechanical on the Stony Run Facebook site....and called immediately. Chris came out within the hour and found a cracked heat exchanger. Had the blower on our very old furnace/ air conditioner go out on one of the hottest days of the year. Chris the owner stopped within hours of me contacting him. Since it was so old it had to be replaced, but he made it work until he was able to come in a few days to fully replace the system. Him and his crew were on time, super friendly, and respectful! It's been over 100% out & I woke up in the middle of the night realizing our air was not working! We called CRD Mechanical LLC figuring they probably wouldn't be able to come till next week, it being a holiday weekend coming up. I talked to Chris n he said he was working on a big Comercial job n he could be here around 5..today??? I had to go downtown n he said that's ok. Chris Called me to let me know he was running late (I appreciated this since customer service is all but dead in this country), showed up, was respectful, put on shoe covers in the house, performed the preventative service on my AC and furnace. He was concerned with a particular part, called and ordered it (was under warranty), left to pick it and came back, installed the new part, then finished the service. They used the vacuum as they worked to keep the dirt and dust to a minimum. Price was very fair. Chris is now my HVAC service provider!!
