I had an excellent experience with CRD Mechanical. After a major storm in August, a tree smashed our outdoor AC unit and left my house without cool air. Chris and Brandon came to my house and replaced my unit and organized the damaged areas in a professional way. Both Chris and Brandon were courteous, professional, and prompt. Their pricing is fair and reasonable and they have an excellent quality of work. I highly recommend CRD Mechanical LLC for your HVAC system needs.

CRD Mechanical has been an absolute life saver. Our AC went out right before the big heatwave hit. We called them and they were out promptly. Brandon, the technician who did the diagnostics, was simply amazing. He was very professional, more than happy to explain what was going on in laymen's terms so everyone understood, and did an amazing job with communication overall. There was no questions or confusion about next steps. They even helped out with completing the warranty replacement for the broken part that the original installer refused to deal with without starting the whole process over from square one. Melanie who answered the phones was wonderful as well. She listened to the problems and didn't act like she knew more than us and responded kindly and courteously. She called us back multiple times on the same day to keep us updated with what was happening. When our part was delayed she let us know as soon as possible and got us back on the schedule for later in the week. Chris came out and did the repair and he was also amazing. He was very upfront about what was happening and the expectations going forward. The time, effort, and quality put forward by everyone at CRD is not found in most companies these days. While we did end up having another issue a short time later, CRD showed up as soon as they could to diagnose and repair the issue. Brandon went above and beyond to fix the issue and to ensure it wouldn't happen again even though it was a manufacturer issue. Everyone at CRD has been exceptional and I could not recommend them enough. If your looking for a quick, honest, and hardworking mechanical team, CRD should be your #1 choice. Oh and did I mention, they are 24/7! Thank you again to Chris, Melanie, and Brandon for everything you do! I wish every difficult situation had a team like yours to assist!

Chris and Brandon are incredible! They came out to assess our sweaty vent issues, took the time to check everything in the attic and basement, explained their thinking to me, and outlined the best resolution. Later the same week they were here fixing it! Thank you both!
